This is where the magic happens after our harvest. Fifteen stainless steel tanks can hold more than 10,000 gallons of wine as it matures from lovely grape juice to brilliant Kansas wine. Winemaking is perhaps one of the oldest professions, and the details make all the difference. Once the grapes enter the winery, we replace our sprayers, pruners and pickers from the vineyard with carefully controlled temperatures, pressures, and chemical balances to finish our process.
Some wines are oaked for their final maturation, and all of our wines are then fully finished, filtered, bottled and labeled in our winery. Come watch every step in our state-of-the-art viewing room!
